The numbers matter.
What they mean matters more.

Pull five hyper-local stats from MIBOR. We’ll help you explain what changed, what it could mean for buyers and sellers, and how to turn it into content.

01

Pull your hyper-local stats from MIBOR

Start in MIBOR, set your market filters once, and use that same area for all five numbers.

1

Log into MIBOR.

2

Click Market Insights near the top-right area of the page.

3

Click Full Market Insight Tools.

4

The page will default to Median Sales Price for the full market. Click Show Filters.

5

Select your County, Township, and City to create your hyper-local market area.

6

Keep those same filters selected as you pull each of the five numbers. Start with the Median Sales Price already displayed, then move through the remaining metrics.

What should we call this market?

Use one simple name that covers the areas you selected in MIBOR.

02

Enter your five market stats

For each metric, enter the current number, last month, and the same month last year.

Use numbers from the same geography and reporting period. Enter percentages as numbers only (for example, 98.7).
